Betonlicht is not just an aesthetic lighting solution for ambitious building projects. Conceived from an architectural perspective, this product becomes an integral part of the blueprint. It represents a unique design tool offering customers the opportunity to timelessly enhance architectural designs with an exclusive lighting solution.

Betonlicht originated as a flash of inspiration by architects Peter Dokulil and Albert Elmenreich. A passion for lighting design and exposed concrete was the genesis for their vision to seamlessly integrate light sources into concrete ceilings. Munich-based Markgraf Licht GmbH later came on board to enable the realisation of this absolutely unique concept. With its many years of experience, the company now handles the precision production of the Betonlicht formwork and luminaires.

All three partners share a love of outstanding craftsmanship, innovative thinking and excellent standards of quality. With a keen eye for architecture, construction industry experience and electronics know-how, they unite all the necessary expertise to plan and implement individual concrete lighting projects.
